Ternarylogic LLC is interested in discussing providing access to all or parts of its Portfolio. Exclusive rights can be discussed. Other options are:

1. Straight forward licensing of individual components.

2. A full license to the Ternarylogic IP portfolio.

3. An R&D license. This license will be granted for a limited period, and provides full access to the complete portfolio. No royalties will be required.  Under such an arrangement Ternarylogic’s technology may be tested and applied in a licensee’s product without limitations during the license period.

4. Joint Venture arrangements for development of specific products or solutions in designated markets.

The Ternarylogic IP Workshop

To facilitate the understanding of our technology – its concepts and inventions -- Ternarylogic provides a workshop for small groups of interested parties. These workshops do not require a non-disclosure agreement.  These workshops deal with any of the inventions as disclosed by issued and pending patents.  Inventions not yet disclosed in published patent applications may be excluded.
